Should there be a restriction on the number of poems one can post within a few hours or in a day?
It is annoying when someone posts three or four poems right after another and doesn't comment on anyone's works
I come to AT to talk with other poets about poetry, to read their poems, occasionally to show one of mine, and to have an exchange and to foster the art in myself and others. This means there is a give and take, and that there is a fair exchange. If somebody drops too many poems on me at once, I can't do a good job of reading them. I am unlikely to comment on them in any depth. And I don't have much of a sense of relationship developing with the writer to work with over time.
So if the best poet in the world decided to post 26 previously unpublished poems one after the other without a single comment you’d be annoyed?
I don’t like pretentious ‘experts’ giving crap advice to young and new poets – how about a rule to stop them ruining my visits?

since you're actually engineering what amounts to a personal attack without supporting facts.
So what is going to happened when they ignore the rules and continue posting ...........? without stopping to make a comment on others work............
(me)I so agree with you.
Getting a feedback on your work, no matter
how good or bad, is like a booster
it's encouraging... and most of all it helps us to become better writers
We should help each other.
That's the way to go.
